Our Response to COVID-19

As we are going through this difficult time as a community, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation towards those of you in our community who have been tirelessly working and helping one another in trying to overcome and defeat this pandemic.  Specifically, individuals in the healthcare sector, our first responders and those who ensure our local market shelves are stocked up and are always at our convenience.  Thank you for putting your lives at risk for our safety, comfort, and well-being.

In response to the corona virus (COVID-19), we would like to reassure all our friends, loyal customers, and community members of our increased health and safety precautions we have in place.  We would like to thank our customers for their continued business and ensure them of our full understanding and support.  All members of our staff have been advised of additional safety measures and are actively taking the necessary steps in order to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for everyone.  In conjunction with our staff's efforts, some of the precautionary measures we are doing as a store include:

  • Making sure everyone's work space is clean and hygienic.
  • Wipe down of frequent touched surfaces ever 2 hours with a deep clean done ever night.  
  • Social distancing practices of at least 2 meters where appropriate.
  • Avoiding handshakes.
  • Have hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the dealership.
  • Posters placed in washroom stalls outlining hand-washing procedures provided by the WHO.
  • Ensuring there is a enough gloves available for all staff members.
  • Temporarily suspending our service courtesy shuttle.
  • Constant communication with all staff members regarding their health and well-being and providing full support and cooperation.

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
